About Struan Lodge Care Home

Struan Lodge Care Home is located in the bustling suburb of Balgreen, in Edinburgh. This charming town presents residents with the perfect combination of fast-paced city life with peaceful gardens and grounds. This balance seamlessly blends old and new, providing locals with the perfect destination to experience the sights, sounds and tastes of a diverse and vibrant city. 

We proudly deliver around-the-clock Nursing, Residential, Dementia, and Respite Care to up to 30 residents. Our purpose-built care home in Edinburgh is a true home-from-home, with skilled nursing and care teams on hand to deliver the highest levels of comprehensive care for residents as a whole.

Making choices and having an input into daily life at Struan Lodge is very important to us, which is why residents are given personal preferences of daily activities depending on mood and wellness that day. Activities are wide-ranging and span from quiet movie days to playing tabletop games such as cards and dominoes, through to enjoying delicious afternoon teas complete with home-baked treats. Our Activity Coorindor curates a thoughtful and engaging programme of day trips and things to do including pet therapy, singers, theatre trips, and pampering sessions. Daily life at Struan Life is inclusive, varied and provides residents with every opportunity to live a full life.
