It is important to us at Struan Lodge, that we develop a team who are compassionate, and dedicated and share the same goal of delivering first-class care to each and every resident.
We believe it is equally important that our team members feel rewarded and valued for their hard work, and after a great audit result recently, we decided to treat all of our staff to a Domino's dinner to show just how proud of them we are, and how much we appreciate them.
Our staff go to great lengths to make sure that they exceed the expectations of our residents, making them feel happy, safe, and listened to. They deliver excellent person-centred care and always make sure residents are in a warm and homely environment, whilst giving them opportunities to socialise, take part in activities, and get involved in the local community.
Our approach to care adopts 5 core values, which include being kind, passionate, trusted, respectful, and inclusive. Our staff ensures these values are at the heart of everything they do and it's great for us as a team to be able to come together to celebrate our achievements.
