From the moment you arrive at Struan Lodge Care Home, our staff will do everything possible to ensure that your stay is welcoming and comfortable.
Prior to admission, our Home Manager will be delighted to have a full consultation with you, to discuss your needs and requirements, and tell you more about life at Struan Lodge.
All fees are agreed on an individual and confidential basis prior to admission, and our team will be delighted to offer advice on access to public or voluntary funds related to your personal circumstances.
Ways we get to know you
It’s necessary that we get to know all of our residents to make them feel safe, engaged and at home at Struan Lodge. All residents are individuals, therefore we work in a person-centred care approach.
There are lots of ways our team get to know our residents and what their likes and dislikes are. We understand that it takes time to get to know residents so we set this time in as a part of the settling in process. We want all of our residents to experience the best care tailored to their needs and we want our residents to build a strong relationship with all of the staff at Struan Lodge.

Getting to know your family
It’s important to us that we get to know your family, carers, and friends as they are a part of you. Family are very much valued, and we actively encourage them to be part of their loved one's life within the home.
